Dewberry Farms wedding venue is very special to Art and I, as we were the first wedding here in 2007. We have made several improvements since then.

We love sharing our beautiful farm with others, helping them make the most special memories on the most special day. We would be honored to be a part of your very special day.

Weddings

Included in our price is the following:

White padded chairs for your outdoor ceremony and reception. Church pews in the barn.

19 60-in round tables with white linens, 4 6-ft rectangle and 4 8-ft rectangle tables with black linens.

Sweetheart table and special chairs.

Dressing suites for both bride and groom, prep kitchen and first floor public spaces and the use of the grounds for 8 hours on your wedding day. You can purchase additional hours if needed.

All events must end by 10:00.

Clean up not included in the 8 hours. One hour is allocated for your rehearsal.

You can use two hours for bridal/engagement pictures and all the use of the cute photo props.

Two golf carts.

Dance floor and sound system.

Adorable gift cart.

String lights.

Wedding coordinator, parking attendant, and two additional staff members.

Up to 125 guest $5,000.00

Our non-refundable deposit is $1,000.00 to hold your date, your balance due 60 days before your event.

We do rehearsals on Friday, and you are allowed to bring all your things at that time.

Elopements

We are offering 3 elopement packages.

All packages include dressing rooms, ceremony site, reception area, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor and sound system.

They must be done Monday through Thursday or Sunday afternoon.

For up to 10 people and 2 hours $600.00

For up to 16 people and 4 hours $1,200.00

For up to 32 people and 6 hours $2,400.00

Extras

Outdoor Heaters (2) $65.00 each.
Honeymoon suite including breakfast $175.00
Bridal party – Bride and bridesmaid spend the night at Dewberry Farm, breakfast the next morning
$600.00. Your time is not limited the day of the wedding. Up to 8 people.
Rehearsal dinner- Includes tables, chairs, linens and a sound system. The facility for 4 hours $500.00
Galvanized wash tubs (4) $25.00.
Wood slabs for table centerpieces $25.00.
Wine barrels $25.00.
Hayride for guests while wedding party is taking pictures. $75.00.
Set up of your centerpieces/decorations $100.00.
Flowers for centerpieces, cost depends on flowers.
Black lanterns with white candles $5.00 each.
White napkins $1.00 each.
Soft pink overlays $5.00 each.
